Battery overvoltage protection - dump load

thanks i gave it a look now, but that circuit has no hysteresis thus makes oscillation even worse, why should i chose that one over mine exactly?

It's not an on-off circuit; instead the power dumped is a function of the overvoltage, as shown on the diagrams. So when it comes to oscillations, it's even better than an on-off circuit with hysteresis. ;)

yup, that is the point. On/Off Systems with hysteresis inevitably oscillate.
Proportional response systems can also oscillate, but right away less severe and less likely. If it does, and it matters, it could probably quite easily be dampened.
