The latest VESC schematics show a pullup on the hall sensor lines. I'm not sure how long that's been there. If yours has them, the SS411A should work.

I have 4.7 hardware, you think I'm fine?

I don't know. You would have to check. If your VESC doesn't have them on board, you can add them externally.

I just gave it a try and it seems to work:) Spacing is still bad but vesc doesn't care lol.
Current control is better with halls, but when i tried rpm mode in bldc tool on low rpm the motor doesn't turn up correctly. Could this be becouse of the bad spacing i had on my tests?

it seems that actual values of the RPM PID cntrol loop need to be different for BLDC and for FOC. So if it works for BLDC mode, you need to tune them again for FOC mode. IIRC, the parameters are under 'advanced' and you may need to google "pid parameter tuning" possibly adding VESC to get instructions on how to tune them.

I only did in BLDC, still waiting for my new vesc's for foc

Hi...as per my knowledge the hall sensor lines did not have a pullup, just a series resistor. I just came acrross my note in my schematic and found that don't hall sensors require a pullup? VESC has a pullup on the hall lines. If not, you may need to put a pullup on each line. Also the internal pullup in the CPU is too weak. But on the other hand, maybe it works
