Response to UART setters

Hi

I would like to ask for a feature. In the UART communication, specially about the setters, the VESC does not answer to the setter request. On the host MCU, for example arduino or any other MCU, It is hard to understand whether the VESC received the setter request correctly or it is free to receive a new setter request or it had enough time to process and implement the request.

So it would be nice if the VESC can respond to any setter requests like "bldc_interface_set_duty_cycle()" as well as getter requests.

Thanks alot
